Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days.

Large or heavy items, including furniture and wine coolers, may require additional transit time or specialized delivery arrangements.

7. Receiving Your Order

8. Returns

Maison Chastel offers a 14-calendar-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returned products must generally be unused, complete, in their original condition, suitable for resale, and appropriately packaged for return transportation.

Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Non-Returnable Items
